The Coeliac Society of NSW Inc. was formed to promote the welfare of children and adults with Coeliac Disease, Dermatitis Herpetiformis and those diagnosed as requiring a gluten free diet.

We aim to give information and support to those medically diagnosed with Coeliac Disease and their families and carers, sufferers of Dermatitis Herpetiformis and those medically requiring a gluten-free diet.

The Coeliac Society of NSW provides information and support regarding the gluten free diet, cooking gluten-free, labeling of gluten free foods, other Coeliac Societies throughout Australia and the World. Where to buy gluten-free products, ingredients and additives, information on overseas travel, airline meals, educational material for schools, universities and colleges.

Various functions are organised throughout the year e.g. information sessions for new members recently diagnosed with coeliac disease or members required to eat a gluten free diet, cooking demonstrations, dinners, picnics, coffee mornings etc.

The Society is a non-profit, self help charitable organisation with membership throughout New South Wales and the Australian Capital Territory of over 6,000.  Donations of $2.00 and over are tax deductible.
